What we keep, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we keep and why
When you analyze a site, we keep what we read of it: the content of the pages, screenshots and the measurements we take. We keep it for one specific reason: so we can show you where every sentence in the report comes from.
If you leave us an email address so we can notify you, we keep that address until we write to you. Then we delete it.
If you write to us through the form, we keep your email address and your message. You can ask us to delete them and we will.
We count visits to the public pages: how many each page gets per day and where they come from (the referring site or the link's tag). For each analysis we also keep where it was started from. We do not keep who you are: not your IP address, not your browser, not the exact time.
We do not use tracking cookies or advertising. We do not sell your data, and we share it only with the providers listed below.
For how long
Without an account: the report stops being accessible after 30 days. The link stops working and no one can open it again. With an account: for as long as you have it.
Becoming inaccessible is not the same as being deleted, and deletion is not automatic today. You can delete it yourself, whenever you want, from the report itself: that does delete the content. Or ask us and we will do it.
Who sees it
Only us: so the product works and so we know how many visits it gets and where they come from. We do not use what we analyze on one site to improve what we say to another.
Who we work with
Railway, which hosts the service and stores what we keep from the sites we analyze.
Supabase, which handles accounts. If you create one, your email and your password live there, not here; and if you sign in with Google, so does the connection to that account. Supabase also sends the sign-in emails.
We do not share your data with anyone else.
What you can ask us for
That we delete what is yours, or tell you what we hold about you. Write to us and we will do it. You do not have to explain why.
