Legal notice and terms of use

Who provides the service
UXMachine is a service of Albert Garcia Pujadas, tax ID ES43681066H, c/ Josep Carner, 11, 08173 Sant Cugat del Vallès, Spain. Email: legal@uxmachine.app. You can also write to us using the contact form.
What UXMachine is
UXMachine opens pages of a website in a real browser, on desktop and on mobile, and returns what it observed, with its evidence, and what it could not check. It is not an audit, an opinion or professional advice, it does not replace testing with people and it does not certify that a website meets any standard, for accessibility or anything else.
How these terms are accepted
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You accept these terms when you create your account, by any of the sign-up methods. Before creating it, you can correct your details in the form itself. When sign-up is complete, we confirm that your account has been created. These terms are available in Spanish and English, and you can always view, save or print them on this page. If you ask us, we will send you the version you accepted.
What you may measure
You may measure a website only if you have the right to: your own, or one whose owner allows it. Do not use UXMachine to sign in where a password is required, to bypass a restriction, to overload a website or to try to get around the limits of the service. If a third party makes a claim over a measurement you requested without that right, you are responsible for it, unless the harm comes from a fault of ours.
Account and credits
You can run some analyses without an account. With an account, each measurement uses one credit; measurements that cannot be made use none. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred. We may set usage limits, for example on measurements per day or at the same time, so the service works for everyone; if you reach one, we tell you and no credit is used.
Connected agents
If you connect an agent to your account, what it does with it counts as done by you: the measurements it requests and the credits it uses. Connecting it does not authorise purchases or charges. You can remove its access at any time from My account → Connected agents. If you see use you do not recognise, write to us.
What a report is
A report sets out observations with the evidence of what was measured, for the pages, conditions and time it states, with its limits. A measurement may not complete, may abstain on some checks or may miss something that exists. "No longer observed" does not mean fixed. You decide what to do with the report. Reports requested without an account stop being available after a while; with an account, you keep them in your UX Memory. Nothing here excludes or limits the liability that applies to us by law or your rights as a consumer.
Misuse
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, in particular if it measures websites without the right to do so or tries to get around the limits of the service.
Privacy
How we handle your data is in Privacy.
Changes
We will publish each new version here with its date. If a change affects account holders, we will email you at least 15 days before it takes effect; if you do not agree, you can delete your account before that date. If you have no account, the version published when you use the service applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you act as a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of habitual residence, and you may go to the courts that apply to you as a consumer.
