Text contrast below the minimum
In low light, in bright light or with tired eyes, low-contrast text blends into the background. Anyone who does not read it, does not read it.
When we count it as met
When we measure the same pages again, no text falls below its contrast minimum.
How to check it yourself
Confirm it with the eyedropper in the browser inspector: each text and background color pair reaches its minimum.
Measure it on your site
UXMachine measures it in a real browser, on desktop and mobile, together with the other checks.
