Measure your site from Hermes Agent

Add UXMachine to Hermes with one command. Then ask Hermes to measure your site and it will give you the result and the link to the report with everything we measured.

Four steps · Uses the terminal

Before you start

  • Hermes Agent installed, with a model configured.
  • A UXMachine account.
  • Your site published at a public address.
  • Each measurement uses 1 credit from your UXMachine account. Measurements that cannot be made use none.

Step by step

Add UXMachine

In a terminal, type:

hermes mcp add uxmachine --url https://uxmachine.app/mcp --auth oauth

Authorize in UXMachine

Your browser opens. Sign in with your UXMachine account and click "Authorize".

Turn on the tools

When Hermes asks "Enable all 4 tools?", answer Y.

Ask it to measure

Open a new session and copy this sentence, replacing the address with your site's:

Measure https://your-site.com with UXMachine and tell me what was observed and what could not be checked.

How you know it works

Hermes first looks at your site's memory, measures and waits until the measurement finishes. It gives you the link to the report and tells you what was observed and what could not be checked.

What Hermes writes is its model's summary, and it sometimes adds its own recommendation. If it does not match the report, the report is what counts. Tested with Hermes Agent v0.22.5 on 27-10-2026.

If something goes wrong

The browser does not open when you add UXMachine

Hermes shows a link in the terminal: open it in the browser on the same computer. If, at the end, the browser stays on a page that does not load, with 127.0.0.1 in the address, copy that address and paste it into the terminal.

Hermes says it has no model credentials

Hermes needs a model configured before it can use UXMachine. Run hermes setup and follow its steps.

Hermes does not see UXMachine's tools

Open a new session, or type /reload-mcp in the open session.

What we measure and what we do not

We measure the pages we find from your site's address, at 1280 and 390 px wide, with a specific set of automatic rules. What does not appear in the report has not been checked, and that does not mean it is fine. How we measure
